Delivery Information

Base Delivery Charges

Most of our products are eligible for free delivery when your order totals or exceeds £50.00. Some heavy or bulky items will occur an additional charge added to your total. Such charges will be indicated during checkout.

Next (working) Day Delivery

We will try our best to deliver your order next working day, when ordered before 3pm Monday to Thursday. Orders placed before 3pm on a Friday will aim for Monday and after 3pm a Tuesday.

We do not provide delivery on bank holidays or weekdays, and to extension orders placed on these days will occur an additional day(s) delay.

Pallets for large orders or items

In some instances, we will need to deliver your order on a pallet. If this is the case, we will contact you to discuss an updated delivery charge. We will try our best to update the product pages with this information but if you are unsure, please get in touch with us to discuss.

Damages

Particular care is taken when packing your orders to ensure the utmost protection against any potential damage. However, we kindly request that you perform a thorough inspection of your web orders immediately upon their arrival.

In the rare event that a product has suffered damage during transit, we require you to inform us about the damaged goods within a strict 3-day window from the date of delivery. This prompt notification is essential for us to promptly facilitate the replacement or refund of the affected item. You must provide clear photographic evidence of both the damage to the product and the condition of the packaging upon arrival. This ensures we can take the necessary steps to address the issue.

Please be aware that failure to notify us within the specified 3-day timeframe will result in us being unable to assume liability for any damages incurred during transit. Your cooperation in this matter is greatly appreciated.
